Dr. Adam Lippert academic visit to ECHO project

Dr. Adam Lippert, has visited the IEGD-CCHS for 6 months within the ECHO project.

During his academic visit, he has collaborated with the IEGD and the ECHO project in different fields and tasks. Thus, he has undertaken the following presentations:

  • Development of a Multi-Dimensional Measure of the Neighborhood Socioeconomic Environment (NSE) and Implications for Population Health Disparities. Poster presented at PAA, 2023.
  • An Introduction to the US National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult Health (Add Health). ECHO project Lecture Seminars.
  • Vaping in North America: New Frontiers on the Geography and Context of ENDS Use. ECHO project Lecture Seminars.

He has also prepared these manuscripts:

  • Lippert et al. Polygenic and socioeconomic contributions to nicotine use and cardiometabolic health in early mid-life. Under review.
  • Lippert and Corsi. The geography and community correlates of e-cigarette use in Canadian communities. Under review.

And he has submitted a project to the Canadian Institutes of Health Research:

Lippert and Corsi. Multidimensional Measurement of the Urban Neighbourhood Health Environment and Implications for Birth Outcomes.
